- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Job Duties
- Greet and assist patients, families, visitors, and staff in a professional, courteous, and compassionate manner
- serve as the primary contact for front desk operations, ensuring quality customer service and timely response to inquiries
- supervise daily activities of reception staff, including scheduling, task assignments, and providing guidance or coaching as needed
- maintain the receptionist schedule to ensure consistent coverage for all shifts
- provide administrative support to the Admissions Department, including data entry, document preparation, filing, and phone support
- assist in coordinating communication between Admissions, clinical staff, and other departments as directed by the Manager of Admissions
- take initiative in identifying and resolving front desk operational issues, escalating matters when appropriate
- ensure compliance with all facility policies, procedures, HIPAA regulations, and confidentiality standards
- monitor and control building access by verifying the identity of all individuals before unlocking entry doors, ensuring the safety and security of staff and patients
- may provide backup coverage for the Executive Assistant as needed, including managing calls, scheduling, and handling administrative tasks for executive team
- perform other duties as assigned
