Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of production lead experience
  • Preferred experience in computer testing, server testing, or repair tech in manufacturing
  • Ability to pass a 7 year criminal background check
  • Ability to pass a drug test
  • Availability for 1st or 2nd shift (7am-3:30pm or 4pm-1:30am)

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of production lead experience
  • Preferred experience in computer testing, server testing, or repair technician role in manufacturing
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage team performance and training
  • Knowledge of quality control processes and safety standards
  • Proficiency in data entry and reporting
  • Understanding of 5S methodology and process improvement

Job Duties

  • Lead operations staff and assist in testing servers on production floor
  • Ensure all personnel are adequately trained and document training properly
  • Provide daily work assignments to personnel to meet production goals
  • Resolve functional test issues related to quality, processing, and repair
  • Enter transactions accurately into test monitoring system for traceability
  • Provide accurate and timely departmental reports
  • Prepare individual performance reviews
  • Drive and maintain 5S metrics and a safe working environment
  • Lead testing to meet shipment targets for units undergoing functional testing
  • Promote a culture of process excellence exceeding quality metrics
  • Meet daily and weekly testing output goals
  • Manage inventory levels assigned to test area
  • Improve plant audit performance and work environment
  • Provide instruction and training on proper procedures and regulations with accurate documentation
  • Train and motivate employees through effective communication
