- previous hotel or resort experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Participates in pastry production
- creates, prepares, produces, bakes breads, rolls, breakfast pastries, and desserts according to standard recipes for restaurants and banquets
- decorates pastries and cakes with creativity and skill
- maintains adequate supply of all prepared products on hand and ensures proper storage
- ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
- trains, supervises, schedules, and assists in evaluating staff
