We are currently seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our LA Commissary team. This role is critical to managing all aspects of pastry production, ensuring not only the quality but also the efficiency of our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, capable of overseeing a skilled pastry team while maintaining a keen eye on inventory levels and quality control. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for crafting exquisite pastries and viennoiserie, elevating our culinary offerings and meeting our brand’s high standards.
