Job Requirements

  • Minimum five years experience as a Passenger Service Representative
  • valid passport and visas
  • no travel restrictions to domestic and international stations
  • valid driver’s license
  • availability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime
  • airline weight and balance certification
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
  • strong leadership and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years experience as a Passenger Service Representative in a charter or commercial environment
  • proven success in performing all PSR duties
  • airline and ground handling experience
  • knowledge of company operating and safety policies, operations, processes and procedures
  • understanding of airline and flight terminology and processes
  • airline weight and balance certification
  • proven leadership capabilities
  • ability to work with minimal supervision in fast-paced environment
  • proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote and Adobe Acrobat
  • maintains current passport and visas
  • no travel restrictions to domestic and international stations
  • valid driver’s license
  • availability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime

Job Duties

  • Performs job duties in a timely and professional manner
  • communicates with Manager Passenger Operations, GCC, and customer representatives
  • maintains current passport and travels to off-line stations
  • complies with all company procedures and ensures contractors comply with all company and governmental safety regulations
  • monitors, coordinates, and supervises all handling activities including passenger check-in, baggage and cargo handling, catering, flight deck and cabin crew requirements
  • acts as primary contact with crew, ground handling agents and governmental authorities
  • analyzes information to determine estimated and actual payload
  • compiles information and calculates aircraft weight and balance
  • reviews all documentation for accuracy and completeness and corrects inaccuracies
  • ensures safety of company aircraft, passengers and crews by preventing aircraft damage, ensuring proper loading, and correct handling of HAZMAT and live animals
  • performs tasks to ensure aircraft arrive and depart as scheduled
  • ensures all customers, vendors and government authorities are aware of schedule
  • ensures equipment and services are in position for aircraft handling
  • ensures services meet company standards
  • acts as Ground Security Coordinator and enforces GSC procedures
  • completes and maintains company reports, logs and necessary paperwork
  • coordinates with HDQ GCC during delays and updates
  • works closely with onboard maintenance and flight attendants
  • establishes departure protocol with vendors
  • responsible for Ground Operations equipment onboard aircraft
  • updates weight and balance software and company laptops
  • reports issues and monitors stock of Spare Forms Kit
  • responsible for overall aircraft in-cabin appearance and cleanliness
  • coordinates assigned duties with third party contractor PSR
  • performs other duties as assigned
