- minimum of 2 years of experience in valet operations or related roles

Job Duties
- Lead a team of valet attendants and ensure smooth operation of the valet department
- provide excellent customer service, greeting guests and assisting with their parking needs
- coordinate parking operations, including traffic flow and vehicle organization
- train and mentor valet attendants on service standards, safety procedures, and driving techniques
- maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory and parking transactions
- collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
