Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
previous bartending experience
knowledge of Southern Nevada Health District guidelines
strong leadership and organizational skills
ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
excellent communication skills
attention to detail

Job Qualifications

experience in bartending and mixology
knowledge of alcoholic beverages and cocktail preparation
ability to lead and train a team
excellent communication and customer service skills
knowledge of SNHD guidelines
ability to manage bar inventory and ordering
creative skills for cocktail development

Job Duties

bartend and provide a regular and steady presence in the bar
ensure bar employees adhere to SNHD guidelines
set and maintain service levels and standards at the bar
assist management with administration of bar operations including ingredient prep, ordering, and inventory
assist with cocktail development, pricing, product tasting and selection
train bar staff
collaborate on maintaining a welcoming and efficient bar environment
