Job Requirements

- Experience in culinary preparation and kitchen supervision
- Ability to lead and train kitchen staff
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of food quality, nutrition, and sustainable practices
- Knowledge of beer, the brewing process and/or the brewing industry
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
- Strong vocal leadership and team building skills
- Experience managing employee schedules
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS report analysis
- Ability to handle purchasing, inventory controls, marketing, and budgetary controls
Job Duties
- Assist with the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes as directed by the Chef de Cuisine
- Operate your designated station efficiently, ensuring all stations are properly set prior to service
- Ensure compliance with the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) program and Florida health and safety regulations
- Maintain positive customer relations, particularly when interacting with guests in public areas of the restaurant
- Aid in the organization, coordination and supervision of hot and cold food production
- Participate in recipe and product development
- Evaluate and coordinate the work of lower-level kitchen staff
