Job Requirements

  • Punctual, organized, and trustworthy
  • Able to work under pressure while maintaining high standards
  • Clean criminal record
  • Experience in culinary preparation and kitchen supervision
  • Ability to lead and train kitchen staff
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Strong communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of food quality, nutrition, and sustainable practices
  • Knowledge of beer, the brewing process and/or the brewing industry
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Strong vocal leadership and team building skills
  • Experience managing employee schedules
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS report analysis
  • Ability to handle purchasing, inventory controls, marketing, and budgetary controls

Job Duties

  • Assist with the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes as directed by the Chef de Cuisine
  • Operate your designated station efficiently, ensuring all stations are properly set prior to service
  • Ensure compliance with the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) program and Florida health and safety regulations
  • Maintain positive customer relations, particularly when interacting with guests in public areas of the restaurant
  • Aid in the organization, coordination and supervision of hot and cold food production
  • Participate in recipe and product development
  • Evaluate and coordinate the work of lower-level kitchen staff
