- Solid foundation in culinary skills including knife and prep work

- Minimum of 2 years of kitchen experience
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food items to perfection, accurately following culinary standards
- Maintain compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Collaborate with front of house team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
- Take ownership of opening, closing, and shift hand-off process
- Assist in the training and development of staff members
- Facilitate smooth team dynamics by addressing and resolving minor conflicts among staff
