Job Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications
Always ensure consistency in quality of Mola's dishes
Assist in menu preparation, including braising, curing, chopping, combining spices, and marinating ingredients
Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely service
Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations
Can work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and some holidays
Occasionally assist the FOH and BOH teams during slow times
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety standards
