Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications
  • Always ensure consistency in quality of Mola's dishes
  • Assist in menu preparation, including braising, curing, chopping, combining spices, and marinating ingredients
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely service
  • Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations
  • Can work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and some holidays
  • Occasionally assist the FOH and BOH teams during slow times
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
  • Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety standards
