Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Have a current Food Handler's Card
Ability to multi-task under pressure
Must be available for days, nights and weekends
Experience in Pizza a plus but not necessary

Job Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age
Have a current Food Handler's Card
Preferably 2 years of lead cook experience in a medium- to high-volume concept
Trained in knife skills and basic kitchen equipment
Great communication skills, ability to communicate clearly with Chef, GM, and FOH
Ability to multi-task under pressure and establish a positive rapport with many types of personalities

Job Duties

Prepare food from the eclectic menu which includes many locally-sourced ingredients
Know and comply consistently with standard portion size, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures
Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations to ensure a smooth service period
Focus on clean work space and environment
Provide excellent quality and presentation of all food to guests while maintaining a high level of cleanliness in the kitchen
