Job Duties

  • Lead and oversee line operations during service
  • Execute menu items with consistency, accuracy, and attention to presentation
  • Ensure all food is prepared according to recipes and quality standards
  • Train and mentor line cooks and prep staff
  • Monitor ticket times and maintain strong communication with FOH staff
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
  • Ensure proper food handling, storage, and labeling procedures
  • Assist with inventory control and prep planning
  • Enforce portion control and minimize waste
  • Follow all health and safety regulations
