Job Duties
- Lead and oversee line operations during service
- Execute menu items with consistency, accuracy, and attention to presentation
- Ensure all food is prepared according to recipes and quality standards
- Train and mentor line cooks and prep staff
- Monitor ticket times and maintain strong communication with FOH staff
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and labeling procedures
- Assist with inventory control and prep planning
- Enforce portion control and minimize waste
- Follow all health and safety regulations
