Job Requirements
- Own a working, insured vehicle
- Availability to work Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. or until jobs are complete
- Must be comfortable communicating in English
- Commitment to full-time employment on a W-2 commission basis
- Ability to start and end workdays at the Gilbert office
- Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks consistently
- Must be reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- Ability to speak and understand English
- Experience in home health aide, caretaker, hospitality, carpet cleaning, general labor, waiting, or hotel housekeeping encouraged but not required
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work well in a team
- Strong customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and undergo thorough onboarding
Job Duties
- Cleaning residential houses including deep cleans, standard cleans, move-in/move-out cleans, and short-term rental property cleans
- Work in a team of two
- Use provided cleaning supplies and equipment
- Communicate effectively through phone
- Maintain reliable form of transportation around East Valley
- Start and end the day at the local Gilbert office
