Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience in customer service or hospitality
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to lead a team effectively
  • proficiency in managing waitlists and seating arrangements
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience as a host or in a customer service role preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • leadership experience or potential
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of fine dining protocols advantageous

Job Duties

  • greet and welcome guests upon arrival
  • manage guest seating efficiently to minimize wait times
  • maintain a clean and presentable menu
  • manage waitlists and communicate wait times to guests
  • lead and support the host team with professionalism and poise
  • ensure smooth coordination between the front of house and kitchen staff
  • handle guest inquiries and resolve any seating issues promptly
