Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a hospitality or service role
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and punctual
Basic knowledge of reservation systems and point of sale systems helpful

Ability to provide authentically warm service
Experience in managing reservations and guest flow preferred
Leadership or training experience beneficial

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival
Coordinate communication between hosts, servers, bussers, and management
Support the host team, providing guidance, training and motivation to ensure smooth FOH operations
Manage reservations and waitlists using phone, online booking systems, or in person inquiries
Escort guests to their tables, presenting menus and offering initial hospitality
Maintain a clean, organized host stand and entrance area
Support front-of-house team members, including servers, bussers, and managers, to ensure an exceptional guest experience
Monitor dining room activity and table turnover, updating the floor chart in real time
Follow all safety, sanitation, and guest privacy protocols
Lead by example with exceptional customer service and professionalism, acting as a role model for the team
