Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a hospitality or service role
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems and point of sale systems helpful

- Experience in managing reservations and guest flow preferred

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival
- Coordinate communication between hosts, servers, bussers, and management
- Support the host team, providing guidance, training and motivation to ensure smooth FOH operations
- Manage reservations and waitlists using phone, online booking systems, or in person inquiries
- Escort guests to their tables, presenting menus and offering initial hospitality
- Maintain a clean, organized host stand and entrance area
- Support front-of-house team members, including servers, bussers, and managers, to ensure an exceptional guest experience
- Monitor dining room activity and table turnover, updating the floor chart in real time
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and guest privacy protocols
- Lead by example with exceptional customer service and professionalism, acting as a role model for the team
