Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year work experience as a barista, cashier, or in a similar role with team supervision experience
  • Minimum one year work experience with cash handling, cash reconciliation, and daily sales reporting
  • Knowledge of onboarding new employees
  • Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation
  • Familiarity with operating cash registers or POS systems and handling cash transactions
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
  • Knowledge of food preparation and service techniques
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems
  • Familiarity with conflict resolution and team building
  • Strong customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Reconcile cash registers and perform daily sales reporting
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns
