Job Requirements
- Minimum one year work experience as a barista, cashier, or in a similar role with team supervision experience
- Minimum one year work experience with cash handling, cash reconciliation, and daily sales reporting
- Knowledge of onboarding new employees
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation
- Familiarity with operating cash registers or POS systems and handling cash transactions
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
- Knowledge of food preparation and service techniques
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Familiarity with conflict resolution and team building
- Strong customer service skills

Job Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns
