- Read, write and speak English at a minimum sixth grade level
- Follow written and verbal instructions and complete high school level computational skills

Job Duties
- Assist staff in the absence of the immediate supervisor
- Ensure a safe work environment
- Monitor and ensure employees take their appropriate breaks
- Assign critical duties and ensure their completion during each shift
- Act as a professional role model for co-workers
- Oversee proper assembly and service of foods
- Maintain sanitation and safety of service in all utility areas
