They emphasize a supportive culture where employees not only receive competitive wages but also enjoy premium benefits and opportunities to develop meaningful careers. TSG is proud to be a military and veteran-friendly employer and values diversity and inclusion in its workforce.

The organization offers a full-time Food Service Supervisor position, which plays a crucial role in the operation of correctional facility kitchens. The supervisory role focuses on overseeing inmate labor, ensuring that meals are prepared and served according to strict standards including departmental work production guidelines, standardized recipes, and institutional safety and sanitation practices. This position is ideal for candidates with prior supervisory experience in a kitchen or food service environment who are looking to contribute to a structured and regulated food service operation. The Food Service Supervisor at TSG is integral to maintaining quality, compliance, and safety in high-volume food production facilities, which require efficient management and leadership skills.

In this role, the Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for directing inmate labor teams, ensuring proper food handling and preparation techniques are observed, and managing the sanitation and maintenance of kitchen equipment and workspaces. This position demands a high level of attention to detail, adherence to institutional policies, and a commitment to safety and quality standards within a correctional facility setting. Supervisory duties specifically involve managing inmate workers, ensuring they perform their roles effectively while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of one year of experience in a food service role. Experience in institutional food service or restaurant settings is advantageous. The role requires physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds. The position is hourly, with a competitive wage rate of $22.00 per hour, and offers premium benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and access to voluntary benefits such as disability coverage. TSG also highlights work-life balance by offering paid time off, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with company matching, and DailyPay, which provides immediate access to earned wages.

Working at Trinity Services Group means joining a company that not only values its employees’ professional growth but also their overall well-being. Employees are supported with comprehensive insurance options, financial planning resources, and benefits that enhance their quality of life.
