Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 2 years experience in a similar kitchen management role
  • strong leadership abilities
  • knowledge of kitchen operations and safety standards
  • ability to train and supervise staff
  • excellent organizational skills
  • willingness to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 2 years experience in high-volume fine dining
  • proven leadership and team management skills
  • knowledge of food safety regulations
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work under pressure
  • culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred

Job Duties

  • manage kitchen operations
