Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 2 years experience in a similar kitchen management role
- strong leadership abilities
- knowledge of kitchen operations and safety standards
- ability to train and supervise staff
- excellent organizational skills
- willingness to work flexible hours
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 2 years experience in high-volume fine dining
- proven leadership and team management skills
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work under pressure
- culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
Job Duties
- manage kitchen operations
