Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts, hospitality management, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 7 years experience in culinary leadership roles
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple dining venues
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Commitment to upholding Hilton’s values of hospitality, integrity, and teamwork
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as an executive chef or culinary director
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and food trends
- Experience in budgeting and cost control
- Ability to develop innovative menus that meet guest preferences
- Familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Overseeing all culinary operations including meal preparation and presentation
- Ensuring compliance with safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
- Creating and implementing innovative menus in collaboration with the Director of Food and Beverage
- Engaging with guests to evaluate satisfaction and improve offerings
- Managing departmental budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Recruiting, interviewing, and training culinary team members
- Supervising team performance through scheduling, evaluations, and recognition
