Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts, hospitality management, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in culinary leadership roles
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple dining venues
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Commitment to upholding Hilton’s values of hospitality, integrity, and teamwork
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an executive chef or culinary director
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and food trends
  • Experience in budgeting and cost control
  • Ability to develop innovative menus that meet guest preferences
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Overseeing all culinary operations including meal preparation and presentation
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
  • Creating and implementing innovative menus in collaboration with the Director of Food and Beverage
  • Engaging with guests to evaluate satisfaction and improve offerings
  • Managing departmental budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Recruiting, interviewing, and training culinary team members
  • Supervising team performance through scheduling, evaluations, and recognition
