Beyond customer interaction, this role assumes leadership responsibilities, including managing event logistics, mentoring fellow specialists, and serving as the primary point of contact in the absence of the supervisor.

The job is well-suited for individuals who thrive in fast-paced retail environments and have a passion for food and customer service. The Lead Event Specialist must skillfully handle small kitchen appliances, knives, and cleaning chemicals while adhering to all safety regulations. The role also demands excellent communication skills, particularly in English, with bilingual abilities considered an advantage in certain markets. Physical stamina is required to stand for extended periods and manage lifting tasks. Professional grooming and compliance with retailer dress codes are essential, reflecting the company's commitment to a polished and customer-focused brand presence.

This opportunity offers competitive hourly pay with steady part-time scheduling, ideal for those seeking flexible work arrangements with growth potential. The position provides exposure to leading consumer goods brands and modern retail marketing strategies. Employees benefit from a collaborative, inclusive culture that supports career advancement and professional development. Acosta Group is committed to accessibility and offers reasonable accommodations for applicants with disabilities, alongside access to extensive employee resources through its global network.

In sum, the Lead Event Specialist role at Acosta Group is a dynamic and rewarding part-time position that combines brand advocacy, customer engagement, and leadership within a respected global agency.
