Acosta Group partners with top consumer goods brands, retailers, and manufacturers to help drive sales and increase brand visibility in various retail environments. With a strong commitment to career development, inclusion, and innovation, Acosta Group offers an environment where employees can grow their skills while impacting consumer decisions in meaningful ways.

The role of Lead Event Specialist (Part-Time) with Acosta Group’s Product Connections team is a pivotal position that blends customer engagement, brand advocacy, and event coordination within retail settings. This position demands an individual with a passion for food and customer interaction, stamina to handle physically demanding tasks, and the ability to navigate digital tools for reporting purposes. The job not only emphasizes customer engagement but also places a strong focus on leadership, mentorship, and relationship-building with store management and staff.

Working part-time with competitive hourly pay, this opportunity offers flexibility along with the chance to develop leadership skills in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment. You will gain exposure to diverse brands and modern marketing strategies, enhancing your professional portfolio while participating in a collaborative and inclusive company culture. The role involves responsibilities such as preparing food samples safely, operating small kitchen appliances, maintaining sanitary conditions, and efficiently managing event supplies. Additionally, you will handle digital documentation of event successes using mobile apps, providing real-time feedback for continuous improvement. Acosta Group values employees' wellbeing and provides reasonable accommodations for applicants with disabilities alongside access to the company’s extensive network of resources and support. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in active retail spaces, enjoy working with food products, and aspire to take on leadership roles within the marketing and brand advocacy field.
