As a Lead Event Specialist (Part-Time) within Acosta Group's Product Connections team, you play a pivotal role in orchestrating and executing high-quality in-store events that go beyond traditional product sampling. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic retail setting and is passionate about food, brand advocacy, and customer service. You will serve as the onsite expert responsible for engaging customers through professional demonstrations of food and non-food products, ensuring each event drives sales and enhances customer experience.

Your role includes the leadership responsibility of overseeing event logistics and supporting your team members during supervisor absences. This involves coordinating the setup, breakdown, and sanitation of event stations, managing event kits and supplies, and maintaining professional communication with store personnel. You are also entrusted with mentoring fellow event specialists to elevate overall team performance by sharing product knowledge and best practices. Handling kitchen appliances and preparing food items safely in accordance with health standards is a critical aspect of this role.

Additionally, you will document event success through detailed reporting and high-quality digital photos, ensuring that client expectations are met and exceeded. The position offers competitive hourly pay with steady part-time scheduling, providing opportunities to develop leadership and management skills within a global agency known for its inclusive and supportive culture. Employees benefit from engagement with leading consumer goods brands and gain exposure to modern retail marketing strategies, allowing for substantial career growth. Reasonable accommodations are available for applicants with disabilities, fostering an equitable work environment. By joining Acosta Group as a Lead Event Specialist, you become a vital part of a team that transforms retail marketing events into memorable, impactful brand experiences that connect directly with consumers, fueling brand loyalty and driving sales performance across multiple markets.
