The Lead Event Specialist (Part-Time) role within the Product Connections team offers a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between brands and consumers through high-impact, professional product demonstrations. This position is not just about sampling products; it is about creating memorable and effective experiences that educate shoppers, build brand loyalty, and ultimately influence purchasing decisions. Candidates will engage in regular preparation and cooking of food items using various appliances, adhering strictly to food safety protocols to guarantee a safe and high-quality customer experience. The role demands physical stamina, as it requires standing for the entire shift and handling items up to 50 pounds occasionally. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to navigate mobile apps and internal digital systems for reporting purposes. A valid food safety certification or the capacity to obtain one is required to ensure adherence to health regulations.
