  • Ability to be insured under company motor vehicle insurance
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within transportation or related industry
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Commitment to safety, efficiency, and outstanding customer service

Job Duties

  • Inspire and guide a team of drivers, optimizing schedules and routes to ensure maximum profitability and top-tier customer experiences
  • Recruit, interview, train, and mentor drivers to build a high-performing team
  • Oversee vehicle inspections, maintenance scheduling, and fleet condition, working closely with the Fleet Manager
  • Conduct safety audits, lead station safety meetings, and promote safe work practices
  • Manage local permits, vehicle registrations, and airport transportation relationships while ensuring paperwork and protocols are handled promptly
