- Ability to be insured under company motor vehicle insurance
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within transportation or related industry
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Commitment to safety, efficiency, and outstanding customer service

Job Duties
- Inspire and guide a team of drivers, optimizing schedules and routes to ensure maximum profitability and top-tier customer experiences
- Recruit, interview, train, and mentor drivers to build a high-performing team
- Oversee vehicle inspections, maintenance scheduling, and fleet condition, working closely with the Fleet Manager
- Conduct safety audits, lead station safety meetings, and promote safe work practices
- Manage local permits, vehicle registrations, and airport transportation relationships while ensuring paperwork and protocols are handled promptly
