Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- six years of work experience in office management or office administration with experience in business travel coordination and expense management
- ability to coordinate complex travel logistics and schedules
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- supervisory experience preferred
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- knowledge of corporate flight operations preferred
Job Qualifications

- six years of work experience in office management or office administration with business travel coordination and expense management
- bachelor’s degree preferred
- experience in a customer service or administrative capacity
- proficient with Microsoft Office products
Job Duties
- Coordinate and oversee all new trips approved by the Chairman to ensure sufficient aircraft and crews
- arrange crew hotels, passenger transportation, catering, and all necessary slot reservations
- coordinate international trips with International Handlers including visas and parking arrangements
- coordinate the aircrew flight, vacation, and day off schedules
- coordinate with the maintenance department on aircraft upkeep
- assist with catering orders for scheduled and unscheduled flights
- coordinate special events, meetings, and training sessions for the flight department
- submit weekly invoices for signature and appropriate distribution
- process and submit end of month reports and copies to Finance
- supervise dispatchers including hiring, training, appraising, and mentoring
- perform other duties as assigned
