Job Requirements

High school diploma GED or equivalent preferred
Minimum of one year of related or equivalent experience
Must have open availability to work various shifts including days nights weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

High school diploma GED or equivalent preferred
Minimum of one year of related or equivalent experience
Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast paced environment
Hands on approach with a strong sense of urgency
Initiative driven and adept at self organization
Proficient in both independent work and collaborative team environments
Ability to stand for prolonged periods and handle physically demanding tasks including lifting carrying pulling and pushing
Must have open availability to work various shifts including days nights weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Lead daily dishwashing operations ensuring timely completion and company standards
Unload and sort flight trolleys and equipment by class and type
Operate dishwashing machines and perform manual cleaning as needed
Ensure temperature gauges and equipment settings meet operational standards
Monitor stacking sorting and storage of clean items in designated areas
Maintain compliance with international waste protocols including proper disposal and spill cleanup
Report operational issues related to production inventory or staffing to supervisor or manager
Maintain a clean sanitary and safe work area at all times
Ensure items are organized separated and rotated properly
Adhere to all company cleaning and sanitation guidelines
Perform other duties as assigned by management
