Job Requirements
- High school diploma GED or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of one year of related or equivalent experience
- Must have open availability to work various shifts including days nights weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma GED or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of one year of related or equivalent experience
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast paced environment
- Hands on approach with a strong sense of urgency
- Initiative driven and adept at self organization
- Proficient in both independent work and collaborative team environments
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and handle physically demanding tasks including lifting carrying pulling and pushing
- Must have open availability to work various shifts including days nights weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Lead daily dishwashing operations ensuring timely completion and company standards
- Unload and sort flight trolleys and equipment by class and type
- Operate dishwashing machines and perform manual cleaning as needed
- Ensure temperature gauges and equipment settings meet operational standards
- Monitor stacking sorting and storage of clean items in designated areas
- Maintain compliance with international waste protocols including proper disposal and spill cleanup
- Report operational issues related to production inventory or staffing to supervisor or manager
- Maintain a clean sanitary and safe work area at all times
- Ensure items are organized separated and rotated properly
- Adhere to all company cleaning and sanitation guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
