Job Duties
- Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans and cooking equipment
- Ensure the dishroom and equipment are clean and organized
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Assign and oversee dishroom activities as a lead
- Promote a safe and healthy working environment
- Support and train other dishroom staff
- Perform additional duties as assigned based on client and business needs
