The role offered is for an operational support position within the Deli management team at Pilot Company. This position is primarily responsible for supervising restaurant activities during non-peak hours and as needed throughout other shifts. The job includes maintaining Pilot Travel Center (PTC) restaurant operational standards, executing shift plans, following up on assigned tasks, and assisting the management team. It involves working in hourly positions to monitor food preparation, cash handling, register procedures, and ensure compliance with safety and hospitality standards.
