Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- willingness to perform physically demanding tasks
- ability to work specified shifts: 5 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Sunday-Wednesday or 7 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Sunday-Wednesday and Wednesday-Saturday
- must have composite-toe shoes or boots
- ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- must follow safety protocols consistently
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- ability to communicate effectively in English, Spanish preferred
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a janitor, custodian, cleaner, or housekeeper preferred
- ability to lift, carry, push or pull over 50 lbs
- knowledge of basic safety procedures and precautions
- experience operating a tugger
- reliable transportation
- bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
- leadership skills and ability to give direction to others
Job Duties
- Manage and oversee janitorial staff
- perform general cleaning of restrooms, break rooms, and conference rooms
- carry out heavy lifting and empty trash removal
- maintain outdoor areas including yard, guard shack, and smoke areas
- remove and bail cardboard
- move and stack pallets
- operate fork trucks and tuggers
- clean floors thoroughly
