Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a culinary or food preparation role preferred
- Ability to stand walk or sit for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Availability to work full-time on site
- Commitment to follow safety and hygiene protocols
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior culinary or food preparation experience preferred
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow recipes and quality standards
- Physical ability to perform kitchen duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients for cooking including portioning chopping and storing food
- Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables
- Weigh measure and mix ingredients
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes quality standards presentation standards and food preparation checklist
- Regulate temperature of ovens broilers grills and roasters
- Maintain food logs and monitor the quality and quantity of food prepared
- Clean and disinfect kitchen area tables tools knives and equipment
