Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds for short periods
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 60 pounds to waist level
- Ability to push or pull up to 20 pounds with arms
- Ability to bend at the waist and twist for up to one hour per shift
- Good hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity
- Reliable and predictable onsite attendance
- Flexible availability to work various shifts as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail and customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and engage with customers

Job Duties
- Greet customers at the store entrance and provide assistance
- Run the cash register and process transactions accurately
- Make purchase suggestions to customers based on their needs
- Participate in the food program as required by the store
- Maintain store appearance inside and outside to meet company standards
- Provide fast, friendly service to enhance the customer experience
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals
