Job Requirements

  • minimum 3 years luxury hotel or residential hospitality experience

  • preferred 6 months to 1 year senior living or related experience

Job Duties

  • Greet residents and guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
  • anticipate residents' needs and coordinate exceptional programming and experiences
  • assist residents with inquiries including maintenance requests and reservations
  • coordinate with building staff and outside vendors for seamless service delivery
  • ensure highest level of security and privacy by monitoring access and emergency systems
  • utilize reservation systems for amenities
  • monitor resident well-being and report changes
  • maintain cleanliness and presentation of public areas
  • provide administrative and clerical support
  • maintain confidentiality of resident information
