Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Available to work morning, afternoon, and evening shifts including weekends
  • Willingness to participate in a structured 6-month training program
  • Capable of working full time
  • Ability to work in Burlington, MA location
  • Strong teamwork and leadership mindset
  • Reliable and punctual work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a prep or line cook
  • Knowledge of food safety and quality assurance
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts preferred
  • Experience in multifaceted food service facilities like restaurants, hotels, country clubs, or similar venues preferred
  • Ability to work various shifts including weekends
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Assist the Sous Chef in running the kitchen and managing employees in the Sous Chef's absence
  • Follow recipes and proper cooking techniques to ensure product consistency and high standards
  • Educate customers and employees on products and meal preparation solutions
  • Manage employee performance by providing resources, training, feedback, and development opportunities
  • Support the team as a positive role model and leader
  • Ensure food safety and quality assurance standards are maintained
  • Help drive kitchen operations with a focus on profitability and product excellence
