The role of Kitchen Supervisor at Legends Global is a dynamic and critical position responsible for overseeing kitchen staff and the overall efficiency of kitchen operations during events and regular service days. This position requires the candidate to be highly organized, proactive, and possess a strong ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. The Kitchen Supervisor will manage food preparation, ensure sanitary and safety standards are strictly followed, and maintain a productive and positive work atmosphere among kitchen employees. Being available for event days is essential for this role, supporting smooth operations and achieving optimal productivity. This role not only demands some cooking experience but also emphasizes a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. The successful candidate will be the face of the kitchen team, embodying professionalism and a positive attitude while ensuring that the concession and kitchen areas meet quality and cleanliness standards set by management and health regulations. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous cooking experience required
  • must have two (2) to three (3) years working in a fast-paced high-end club, or restaurant
  • ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • ability to walk, reach, stand, bend for long periods of time
  • able to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, holidays)
  • able to work under pressure
  • must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Overseeing the food prep and service in the concession stand
  • maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment
