Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions
- Ability to perform basic math
- Minimum of two years experience preferred
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Serv Safe certification may be required depending on location
- Ability to be on feet for majority of the day
- Ability to walk far distances throughout the hospital

Job Duties
- Assist with daily operations of production, tray line, and bakery
- Work collaboratively with other morning Lead Cook and Executive Chef
- Perform all duties in food preparation as assigned
- Provide daily direction to cooks and other assigned areas ensuring all departmental standards and goals are met
- Prepare, cook, season and portion food for patients, residents, staff, and visitors
- Adhere to food quality standards of appearance, taste, temperature and sanitation
- Perform washing and cleaning duties to ensure sanitation and cleanliness in cooking and serving areas
