Operating primarily under renowned brand names such as Caesars®, Harrah's®, Horseshoe®, and Eldorado®, the company continuously expands its resorts and enhances its offerings through development, expansions, and acquisitions.
Caesars Entertainment prides itself on a strong corporate culture reflected in its Mission, Vision, and Values which guide every team member. The Mission, "Create the Extraordinary," emphasizes delivering outstanding experiences; the Vision underlines creating spectacular worlds that immerse, inspire, and connect guests through excellence rather than magic. The core Values—"Blaze the Trail," "Together We Win," and "All-In on Service"—promote innovation, collaboration, and superior customer care. The company’s dedication extends beyond business operations to its corporate social responsibility framework known as People Planet Play, which focuses on economic development, employee well-being, and community contributions.
Situated in New Orleans, Caesars New Orleans Casino & Hotel has been honored as a top workplace in the region, recognized by City Business and the Times-Picayune with accolades including "Best Places to Work" and "#1 Large Employer". This destination property continually seeks talented individuals committed to delivering exceptional experiences to guests.
The Cook Lead position at Emeril's Kitchen is an essential culinary leadership role focused on daily operational management within the Food Hall. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to Caesars’ renowned hospitality by ensuring high-quality food preparation, maintaining seamless kitchen operations, and providing exceptional customer satisfaction. The Cook Lead collaborates closely with kitchen staff, enforcing training, safety, and quality standards to elevate the dining experience.
In this position, the Cook Lead assists in overseeing the day-to-day operations within the kitchen, supports training and development of personnel, coordinates food quality and preparation methods, and ensures adherence to health and safety standards. This key role requires culinary expertise across various cooking techniques, including grading, broiling, sautéing, saucier duties, and large-quantity cooking. As a role model and leader, the Cook Lead embodies the Caesars' values and encourages team members to uphold the company's mission and standards.
Ideal candidates will have substantial hands-on experience in food preparation, leadership capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, all while ensuring meticulous attention to safety and quality. This role demands physical dexterity, organizational skills, and excellent communication in English to effectively manage personnel and guest needs.
By joining Caesars Entertainment, Cook Leads become part of a rich tradition of excellence and innovation in hospitality. The company fosters a supportive environment where teamwork, respect, and personal development are prioritized, supporting team members to create memorable experiences that keep guests returning. With its commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, Caesars offers an inviting workplace that respects and celebrates the unique contributions of every employee. The Cook Lead role is not just a job; it is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that is truly creating the extraordinary at one of the nation's leading entertainment resorts.
