Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented Sous Chef & Lead Cook to join our team. This pivotal role involves working in close collaboration with the Executive Chef to design and execute innovative menus that reflect seasonal availability and customer preferences. The ideal candidate will bring extensive culinary experience, creativity, and strong leadership skills to the kitchen. As the sous chef, you will oversee food preparation, maintain high standards of food safety, and ensure top-tier presentation of every dish served.

  • ServeSafe or Food Handler's Certification

Job Duties

  • Create innovative menus according to the seasonal availability of ingredients and customer expectations
  • Prepare and plate food according to kitchen specifications
  • Assist Executive Chef with kitchen operations with a goal of increasing revenue and profit
  • Supervise and coordinate all food preparation and presentation
  • Provide training and leadership for kitchen staff
  • Maintain appropriate levels of inventory and negotiate with vendors to get high-quality products at the best price
  • Follow all food safety rules and regulations
