The Culinary Leader role at Wegmans is a unique opportunity for those who have a deep passion for food and leadership. As a culinary leader, you will play a critical role in managing the kitchen operations at one of Wegmans' stores, leading a team of prep and line cooks to achieve high standards of culinary excellence. Your daily responsibilities will involve assisting sous chefs, ensuring consistency in recipes and cooking techniques, and managing the performance and development of your team.   • Manage employee performance, including training, feedback and development opportunities
