Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and temperature control
- Ability to lead and motivate others
- Excellent communication skills
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Food Handler’s Card required
- ServeSafe Certification preferred
- Experience in senior living or healthcare food service a plus

Job Duties
- Supervise daily kitchen operations and provide hands-on leadership to the cook team
- Ensure food is prepared, cooked, and served safely and according to recipe and presentation standards
- Assist with inventory management, prep tracking, and daily production schedules
- Train, support, and mentor line and prep cooks to maintain consistency and quality
- Uphold proper food hygiene, sanitation, and temperature control procedures
- Support event catering and special functions with professionalism and efficiency
- Act as the kitchen lead in the absence of the Executive Chef or Kitchen Supervisor
