Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years' experience as a concierge or related position
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • commitment to exceptional customer service and elderly care
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • availability to work Monday through Thursday 8AM to 4:30PM and every other Friday
  • willingness to work one holiday a year

Job Qualifications

  • Advanced education in hospitality or related field preferred but not required
  • minimum of two years' experience as a concierge or related position required
  • leadership experience preferred but not required
  • possess compassion for and commitment to hospitality, service, and excellence in elderly care

Job Duties

  • Oversee the operation of the Concierge team
  • serve as the face of the community
  • manage the hub for resident and guest activity planning
  • model, lead, train and monitor the performance of the Concierge team
  • work with the Business Operations Manager to track team performance and customer service metrics
  • create a fun, engaging and caring environment for residents
  • engage resident's family and friends and take time to visit with them
