Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years as a concierge or related position required
  • compassion for and commitment to hospitality, service, and excellence in elderly care
  • ability to create a fun, engaging and caring environment for residents
  • ability to engage residents' family and friends and take time to visit with them

Job Qualifications

  • Advanced education in hospitality or related field preferred but not required
  • minimum of two years as a concierge or related position required
  • leadership experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Oversee the operation of the concierge team
  • serve as the face of the community and manage the hub for resident and guest activity planning
  • model, lead, train and monitor the performance of the concierge team
  • work with the business operations manager to track concierge team performance and customer service metrics
  • create a fun, engaging and caring environment for residents
  • engage residents' family and friends and take time to visit with them
