Job Requirements

Three years of concierge experience
Computer and systems literacy
Proven attention to detail
Availability to work weekends and holidays
Eagerness to learn and develop new skills

Job Qualifications

Minimum three years’ experience as a concierge
Proficient in computer and relevant systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with seniors and team members
Demonstrated organizational and time management abilities
Experience in employee relations and onboarding processes

Job Duties

Provide exceptional concierge services to residents
Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with residents and associates
Oversee day-to-day operations of the concierge department
Onboard new associates and assist with their orientation
Manage filing and administrative responsibilities
Coordinate employee relations activities
Ensure excellent communication and time management within the team
