This includes coordinating communication, scheduling, and coverage for the concierge team to maintain seamless service at all times. The Lead Concierge also plays an active role in supporting events, tours, and community activities to strengthen engagement and resident satisfaction. The position offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $18.00 to $22.06, based on experience and education, and comes with a supportive team-oriented environment that values collaboration and professional growth. Job Duties

  • Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk
  • lead, coach, and support concierge team members
  • ensure consistent, high-quality customer service standards
  • greet residents and guests and assist with requests and inquiries
  • coordinate communication, scheduling, and coverage for the concierge team
  • support events, tours, and community activities as needed
  • maintain a professional, welcoming lobby and front-desk environment
