Job Description

America's Rehab Campus is a respected healthcare facility committed to providing comprehensive rehabilitation services for individuals recovering from substance use and mental health challenges. Known for its compassionate approach and evidence-based practices, America's Rehab Campus focuses on personalized care and holistic treatment methods that support patients on their journey to recovery and improved well-being. As a leading rehab center, the facility emphasizes a safe, supportive environment where both patients and staff thrive, grounded in principles of respect, confidentiality, and professional collaboration.

The Receptionist role at America's Rehab Campus is a critical position that supports the smooth operation of the campus's administrative functions. This role is ideal for an organized and personable professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The Receptionist serves as the welcoming face for all visitors, ensuring a courteous and efficient first point of contact. Responsibilities extend beyond greeting guests to managing the switchboard, handling incoming and outgoing mail, documenting deliveries, and providing essential clerical support. This position is vital for maintaining communication flow within the campus through VOIP switchboard operations and paging systems, as well as handling sensitive information discreetly in accordance with privacy guidelines.

Additional duties include preparing financial deposits on weekdays, mailing monthly statements, and assisting with various administrative projects. At times, the Receptionist may take on after-hours shifts, managing new patient admissions paperwork and ensuring that processes are followed smoothly during less busy hours. The role demands excellent organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a dependable work ethic to meet deadlines and handle emergency situations with calmness and tact. Furthermore, this position requires teamwork and adaptability to work effectively alongside patients and coworkers from diverse backgrounds.

Employment at America's Rehab Campus offers an opportunity to join a dedicated team in a meaningful healthcare setting. The Receptionist position expects individuals who can uphold safety policies, respect confidentiality, and demonstrate patience and resourcefulness when dealing with challenging situations.
