The Lead role at ABM is a critical supervisory position responsible for ensuring all facility operations at the Buckeye, AZ location adhere strictly to company policies and procedures. This role involves coordinating daily operations by delegating job assignments and providing guidance and support to team members during the shifts scheduled Sunday through Wednesday, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The Lead acts as the primary supervisor at the assigned site when the Manager is absent, maintaining established standards to keep the building clean and safe for workers and customers alike. Duties include operating specialized cleaning equipment, handling cleaning chemicals safely, and supporting general janitorial services. This role is ideal for those who possess janitorial leadership experience and desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The hourly pay rate for this position is $18.37, with a competitive benefits package that supports physical and financial wellness.
