Job Duties

Training kitchen staff as needed
Ensuring that kitchen has correct stock for event menu
Participating in all aspects of food preparation
Ensuring that kitchen staff adheres to all safety and sanitation policies, procedures, and regulations
Leading meal service during events
Supervising kitchen operations and staff performance
Collaborating with event coordinators to meet client expectations
