Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 3+ years cooking experience
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- skills using kitchen and computer systems
- decision-making and complaint resolution skills
- ability to work with peers and staff
- strong communication skills
- problem solving in varied situations
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- able to work in smoke-filled environment
- must pass Title 31 Training
- ServSafe Certification required
- able to pass background check and drug screen
- able to lift and exert physical effort
- able to work in physically demanding environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- technical school or formal apprenticeship may be required
- 3+ years in a cook position
- knowledge of safe food preparation and service
- skills in using computers and inventory control systems

- ability to handle limited standardized situations
Job Duties
- Oversees catering operations
- assigns duties to meet department demands
- oversee inventory management and ordering
- utilize reservation system for timeline management and coordination
- prepare buffet menu items according to recipes and production requirements
- delegate tasks to catering team for meal and buffet presentation
- follow safety, sanitation, and departmental policies
- ensure compliance with regulations and internal protocols
- promote outstanding customer relations
- perform all other duties as assigned
