Job Requirements
- Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Continuous mobility throughout the store during shift
- Frequent bending, pulling, pushing, crouching, stooping, twisting, and reaching
- Frequent lifting or moving up to 25 pounds
- Ability to coordinate and manipulate objects continuously

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- Two years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem solve
- Demonstrated passion and knowledge for guest service and sales
- Experience addressing guest concerns professionally
- Experience exceeding sales goals and training new hires
- Proficient with point of sale systems and Apple devices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ability to react under pressure and adapt to changing situations
Job Duties
- Contribute to meeting or exceeding store retail and service sales goals and guest loyalty including credit
- Ensure exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging guests, personalizing service, and recommending products or services
- Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously
- Pair guests with associates for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations
- Book appointments and support in-store events to deliver guest experiences and meet sales goals
- Replenish, organize, and maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures
- Support leadership with cashier chat ins/outs, associate exit inspections, and register opens and closes
- Train new cashiers and cross-train associates
- Drive cashier accountability and adherence to Ulta Beauty standards and procedures
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance professional development
- Collaborate with store team to grow business
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and dress code
- Protect company assets and maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
- Perform operational tasks as directed
