Job Requirements
- work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must be at least 18 years of age
- continuous mobility throughout the store
- frequent bending, pulling, pushing, crouching, stooping, twisting, and reaching
- frequent lifting or moving up to 25 lbs
- continuous coordination and manipulation of objects
- high school diploma preferred
- 2 years of relevant work experience preferred

- demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and selling

- proficient with point of sale systems and Apple devices
- excellent written and verbal communication skills

- ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- ability to react under pressure and adapt to changing situations
Job Duties
- contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty including credit, and retail shrink
- ensure each guest receives exceptional service by providing a guest-friendly environment and personalized recommendations
- courteously handle sales, refunds, and exchanges
- pair guests with associates for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations
- book appointments for services and support in-store events
- maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures
- support leadership with cashier chat ins and chat outs and associate exit inspections
- assist in training new cashiers and cross-training associates
- drive cashier accountability and compliance with brand system prompts
- participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge
- ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- adhere to dress code and complete register open and close functions
- maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
- protect company assets and minimize loss
- execute other operational tasks as directed
